Food Overload?

In a few days, many will be celebrating Christmas with family and friends over a good meal. Maybe we tend to indulge a bit and eat more than we really need. Sometimes, it is hard to resist all the special meals and abundance of sweets and other treats. Instead of reaching for a Tums, try to massage this acupressure point first as it helps to relieve what we call in acupuncture lingo “food stagnation.”

You can use some peppermint oil and soft pressure to massage this point and soon you’ll feel better!
