Dwelling on the negative is a waste of time if you really want to make changes in your life. The more you dwell on what you don't want, the more of it you create.
Learn to think in positive thought and affirmation. Make a statement and make it a positive one. If you do not like your job, write down ten things you really DO like about your job. Think about it. If you feel unwell, and have headaches, digestive issues, or insomnia, think about ten blessings you have in your state of health. It is amazing how much better you feel when you realize life really is full of joy!
Continually make positive statements about how many good things are in the here and now for you.
