We had the pleasure of showcasing our clinic and services for the Member-Guest Ladies Golf Tournament at Las Sendas last evening. It was fun to talk to so many ladies who are interested in improving their health, and thereby improving their golf game!

As the weather gets warmer, it is so important to stay hydrated. We live in a beautiful desert, and we love to be outdoors enjoying all that Arizona has to offer. Just as our gardens need water, we do as well, to stay as healthy as we can.

Hand Reflexology offers an easy approach to well-being; your hands are there all the time for you! Take some time to give them a treat:

Soak your hands in a bowl of warm water, maybe use a mild scrub to exfoliate the skin and aid circulation, and then towel dry and apply some of your favorite lotion. At that time, use the fingers on one hand to gently squeeze the fingers on the other hand, almost like holding your hands in prayer. This aids in circulation to the fingers, as well as working the reflexes to your head, sinuses and neck. Do this action for 1-2 minutes, 2-3 times a week. You may notice your head is not so stuffy, you are more clear-headed, and your hands look great!

Happy Reflexing!
